ANTA (Australian Natural Therapist Association) National Graduate Award 2021 for Academic Excellence

Hi I’m Sarah. I am a clinical naturopath who holds degrees in both health and environmental sciences. I have lived on the Surfcoast for over 9yrs, after making the move from Melbourne and previously the UK. After completing my degree in environmental science 20yrs ago I spent the next 10yrs working in the corporate world on many amazing projects within the environmental and transport sectors. However, something was missing. I always had a great interest in the human body and mind, how we are affected by our environment as well as how we affect it and its healing powers! This, along with my own health challenges lead me to pursue a degree in health science, naturopathy. This degree took a little longer than my first as I welcomed my son into the world along the way.

I have first-hand experience of how natural health care therapies can not only theoretically but also practically and realistically be incorporated into your lifestyle to make positive changes and provide outcomes for a happier, healthier more productive life. I am passionate about how natural health care can help you ride the waves of life, assisting you to be the best you can whatever your situation or season.

Women’s health especially pre and post-natal care and paediatrics are a great passion of mine.  I also love working with those beautiful and worldly people in their later years, helping them to prevent or manage any chronic health conditions and achieve optimal health to enjoy all life has to offer.
